I don't like the left stick way up there. I prefer the Playstation layout, especially for driving sims, I hardly ever use the dpad except in tekken :)

I think it's a risk because of Vista's debacle. It took a lot to trust into upgrading to windows 7, especially for businesses, I don't see our IT going to windows 8 when we just spend a ton of money going to 7.
