I use Eat This Much as well, and love it. The downside is that there is currently no mobile app for the service. However, they are currently testing it on iOS (I’m one of the beta testers in TestFlight). So as soon as their mobile app gets released, this will be awesome!

Go buy a modem...You can get a good Motorola one at Best Buy (or probably cheaper on Amazon) for ~$50-$80... Then you don't have to pay a modem rental fee. The modem (you own) pays for itself in about 7 months. Be sure to check with TWC first though, as you need to buy a compatible modem.
