I don’t how multi-room works with these speakers, but should be noted that the Amazon listing specifically says “Does not support... Alexa Multiroom” which is an Amazon device specific feature.
Every single Amazon referral link is crapping out on me right now. Get “Sorry something went wrong” 404-style page with dogs on it every time. Can’t tell if it’s Amazon or Kinja’s system that’s borked.
Stop re-posting those goddamn wool dryer balls. I’ve tried 3 days in a row to get the posted $10 price and it is never $10 (price starts at $16 and code gives $3 discount).
Technically, Samsung’s Milk Music was essentially a re-branded Slacker with different UI, so not entirely left out. Slacker was so promising in the beginning, then they just stopped trying so I had to leave.
This thing looks very familiar. Either iRobot’s patents have ALL expired or this thing is built by the Roomba guys.
99.9% of tips tricks articles are full of “no-duh” type of information that most power users have known for years. This article is actually chock-full of useful stuff that I (mostly) wasn’t aware existed, despite having been a heavy Word user for 2 decades. Thanks!

It is shameful that these researchers haven’t given proper credit to the Syncro Vox technology they’ve clearly built-upon to achieve this:
You should add that these are for first time subscribers only so that those with existing subscriptions can avoid the time it took me to go and read the terms and conditions fine print before leaving disappointed.
I second this. I would just add that SmugMug’s unlimited storage is for uncompressed original versions of photos, unlike Googles, which makes it more valid as backup.
If 7000 seems overwhelming, I suggest breaking it into more manageable bits by moving photos into sets. An easy way to do this is with a renaming util that can move them into folders based on the photos’ exif date. Advanced Renamer has been mentioned as a tool to accomplish this and has flexible folder naming…
I have spent years refining my Windows-based photo organization workflow and it works really well for me:
