Switch the Pontiac to a Camaro knockoff with a cool ridiculous name that a kid or person with the incompetence of an acient human civilization would make up for mythology... I dunno, maybe Lavasnake or Firebird or something.

This is Ford. I’m sure there are many ways they can fuck up the Bronco launch.
I bet if Jeep offered a hardtop variant that covered the bed and added a 3rd row they’d sell a metric fuck ton. If priced competitively.
“I traded my built 2-door JL with a $15k loan balance for a paid-for Lexus CT200H in anticipation of ordering my 2-Door Bronco”
To be fair, if the jeep wasn’t so damn expensive (it starts 7k more than a taco), had a normal bed length, and could come with less than 4 doors, they’d have more sales. Sure that’s the standard way people would purchase it, but they also made it so you can’t buy it in any other configuration.
They’re still in prototype testing on the Bronco. It launches this summer, so sadly no Palpatine level of stock... yet. On a side note, the test cars are causing such a stir at the prototype plants that they have had to lock the covers on the uncamo’d cars overnight, so nobody leaks them. I’ve never seen that before.…
The Bronco is at Supra-level of anticipation for the everyman
I traded my built 2-door JL with a $15k loan balance for a paid-for Lexus CT200H in anticipation of ordering my 2-Door Bronco. I’m all-in and I know I’m not the only one.
I know my buddy is already dead-set on getting one as long as “they don’t make it some stupid Escape-based crossover”, which judging by the spy shots and the Baja version they certainly are not. He was pretty upset they didn’t give more details at the CAS.
The Bronco is at Supra-level of anticipation for the everyman, and I have to believe that unless Ford just closes the factory for 60 days after launch as some sort of social experiment, there is no way they can fuck that one up. This is going to be PT Cruiser backlogs, all over again. Ford should be quietly building…
This has been happening as long as there’s been a car industry - it attracts optimistic people who like engineering but maybe don’t have a solid grip on how business works.
for real. i can’t take this company seriously with its cheesy, lazy, coat tail hopping shit name.
Ironic since Tesla pioneered the widespread implementation of alternating current but electric vehicles use direct current.
My electric airplane start-up will be named his pigeon wife.
How the hell is this company’s name actually Nikola? Seriously... how did that meeting go? “Can we also be called Tesla? No? Hmmmm.“
Doesn't give a fuck
Production is said to begin in 2021, but there is no word yet on where the new truck will be built.
Nikola says the Badger will outperform every electric pickup on the market. Which is convenient, because there are no electric pickups on the market.
