I agree they reflect better, but that’s the problem in poor weather conditions - they reflect off of everything better. Also, halogen lights spank LED lights in casting past objects... Like into the trees on the side of the road to see the deer before they’re out in front of you. Just personal experience though, but…

Great write-up Andrew! I'm going to stick with my personal and unpopular opinion, I'll take the brightest Sylvania halogen bulb any day over an LED. I can't stand the way LEDs don't cast their light well into woods and thick trees.
