Actually, of course I have, and mostly agree. However, that doesn’t change the present state. It will take 20 years to scale down properly (I’m just saying a big number, maybe longer). There is no “halving” of the defense budget without risking every citizen.
Same here. Mine more came from the crushing amount of work I’m doing, and it no longer became enjoyable to wrench on a weekend when I also had to get everything else done. I do miss it though. I’ll still do brakes, and when I change my shocks, I’ll likely do those too.
