I have another thought (I know let it go)... The Can Spam makes it illegal for companies to "spoof" ip addresses (I know how successful that has been) But as a lot of phones are now VOIP if the caller puts in a fake number is that now spoofing?

This is sort of like the "Blonde Joke" .. Whose entire blond family was trapped inside a car and she was worried because it was starting to rain and it was a Convertible with the top down.

Well We tried the Federal Do not call list. Still get calls for Credit services. My Father in Law "blew through" a bunch of money sending $10 to various charities . You know "save the hairy armpit" or "there are starving iguanas in inner Mongolia" ... his mailing address is now ours (he isn't living with us) and even
