Oddly enough, a story published in the last week noted how Big Army is still 12,000 soldiers shy of its 2016 reduction goal. Fort Rucker has already been hard hit and the bleeding may not be over...while the inventory may be impressive, I’d be curious to know how many aircraft are actually operated regularly.
