People sleep all the time at the wheel, at least this way they die less often.

You can buy a 35k Model 3, get 3.75k tax credit and maybe some state incentives on top of that. Then you sell it in 2-3 years for 25k and your cost of ownership is stupid low. Some 1k$ per year saved on fuel vs ICE, no repairs, almost no mauntenance.

The Model 3 motors are already in the recent refrsh and Model S gets up to 370 EPA range. Not that you guys ever bother with facts when it comes to Tesla, you just fabiorcate your own reality.

There is an IF there, it does not mean that he expects the same losses as in Q1, in fact the Q1 losses were on 1 time items and just 63k deliviers but deliveries will be up 50% in Q2 according to the outlook Tesla provided and one time items are one time items.

The Drive is one of the worst Tesla trolls but anyway, Tesla is prioritizing the higher end models with Model 3 since the start, they haven’t made any Short Range, just Short Range Plus as they want to catch up with demand for the Plus first. Was anyone expecting a different strategy when it’s well known that they

NYT is in the utterly incompetent business nowadays.

And this is what you get when you send the wrong people to assess something.

There is a huge difference between ability to update some systmes and all but most car makers won’t be specific about what they got

Aero would take a big hit and structural integrity is much harder(costlier) without that almost perfect arch but they’ve made a sedan-minivan hybrid that qualifies as a coupe SUV instead of a proper SUV. They lose a massive amount of value because of their extreme take on efficiency and it will sell 2-3 times fewer
