Of course. Around the world, people think hockey is the national sport in Canada. But in fact, Quebec-bashing is the most popular.

In “defense” of Eidos Montreal, being an asshole to other people is a very French Canadian thing to do, so it’s not like they were singling him out.
Basically, people are mad about exclusives if they aren’t on the specific plastic box that they’ve dedicated their lives to.
Wait, hold on, I’ve missed this past season of The Stupids.... so are exclusives... good now? Wasn’t a big issue with MS buying ActiBliz that it would lead to more exclusives which was bad... but now they’re doing the opposite of the thing that people were worried about and that’s... also bad?
Isn’t game pass on PC not called “XBOX gamepass” anymore?
Wouldn’t it make sense to just advertise the event as Microsoft gamepass because its for PC and console, and they’re different products?
Like, yesterday. Throw it on Xbox too, since MGSV and the legacy stuff have been multiplatform releases for years now.
I’m a lifelong console gamer, but I hate consoles. I like Playstation. My longtime gamer friends have XBoxes. I’d love for more games to be cross-platform and crossplay multiplayer. Exclusivity is only good for the console makers.
I’m kind of intrigued by this game. It’s quite pretty, and looks like it could be fun, but I sure hope it’s Bayonetta-solid in the gameplay. I would rather it was more Nier than Dark Souls, especially if it’s going to be a bit janky.
can he stop trying to be all deep and artsy and just make a game this time? don’t think about things too hard Kojima, the results haven’t been good in a LONG time.

I know, I got through it and found myself wondering if I somehow missed the part that actually took a stab at telling me whether it was worth the ten bucks or not
You should check out the analysis on Digital Foundry. Overall, it’s not a massive visual upgrade outside of a resolution boost to 4K in the Fidelity mode, an option to play at 40 FPS in Fidelity mode, and the ability to push the game around 75-100 FPS in Performance mode with the option to unlock the frame rate. There…

I’m sure these are both wonderful games that millions of people justifiably love, but The Last of Us fall firmly into my “Absolutely not” category of stories that I don’t need to bring into my headspace.
that’s not true there’s also some ancillary covid filler.
This review barely has any focus on the differences between game versions, which is kind of a waste since we can just read the general reviews from four years ago.
Wait, so this is just a small graphic update? I wonder how different Part II and Part II Remastered really look, because from the screenshots I don’t see a significant upgrade.
I assume “All of the praise, none of the responsibility.”
Sony: Hey FTC MS making CoD and other games exclusives are bad for business
That’s bc they can’t produce anything at the scale anymore. Like every industry with older big fish at the top, there’s no wiggle room for new blood to grow into leadership or pioneer something to become legend like their predecessors.
