I found that line suspect too. Do we even know if they really went beyond the agreement? We only have the county’s say so at this point. They could easily be lying. I mean if they’re operating at the fairground without some sort of lease in place that seems really bold and stupid.  Sounds like there may be some sort of incredibly ambiguous lease in place that doesn’t have nearly enough detail to prohibit whatever they’re doing.
