He didn’t get FLAP because he didn’t actually complete a full lap, due to the oddness of the pit exit vs start/finish line, and the way that F1 counts laps. Just another comical nuance of a very stupid day.

Every track day, when I tell myself “OK just one last run” I park the car. It tells me my brain is no longer functional enough to control a high speed vehicle.
