And we're talking about this as though they have no way of protecting her identity (how many of these things have we watched where they change the voice/blur her face/share no revealing details?) from the general public.

'And the hoary old stories about the risk/price of being accused of rape as being equivalent to the risk/price of being raped is not a new angle, either. Nor is the idea that we are all obliged to maintain courtoom standards in our opinions of innocence and guilt.

Why does a feminist viewpoint have to be 'merited'? It's a viewpoint rooted in a certain framework that analyses the world by those principles (of equity, equality, *add intersection here*)- everything can be analysed through a feminist- or any other- lens.

I'm going to continue watching for that last scene (also: Viola Davis, Conor sex scenes, Viola Davis, Lawyer Paris Gellar, Asher dancing, and Viola Davis) but this is definitely hate-watch territory for me.

+10 for 'way harsh, Ty'.

That striped shirt she had on? YES.

Am I the only one who was a bit.. uncomfortable with the first scene in the nun's office about how Jane's a pregnant virgin?

The camera isn't the only thing that loves that man and his toned chest.
