@SisterRay73: Oh, lord - apparently, I was correct in thinking bad thoughts about the principal.

Charlotte Jezzies? Please? I'll keep begging for a meet-up. Save me from the conservative crazies!

@greengrey: I'm getting one for my 31st birthday. I've wanted the exact same one since I was 12, and have finally saved the money. I could care less if it's unprofessional or makes people uncomfortable. It's for me. Simple as that.

So beautiful. I would love to hear the stories behind each one of those.

@Scoithniamh: My best friend didn't find out the sex of her baby. She said it was one of the only surprises in life anymore.

@vangie: Oh, I disagree - D'Onofrio makes me crazy. I love every permutation of L&O, but I can't watch him. It's a reflex. I just have to change the channel as soon as I see his face.

What??? I'm from Savannah, and I can't remotely imagine any place that would have "dreads, golds, butt cheeks, and booty shorts". It's quite possibly the most boring place on Earth, with a very large helping of pretentiousness and snobbiness.

@geniusscientist: You're right - I had a brain lapse! Doesn't change my feelings.

@Laulau: Ugh, are you kidding? I've always liked Ben Stein. Wow, first Kirk Cameron, now Ferris's principal.

I just couldn't get over how mean NeNe was! I mean, Kim is a hot mess with a tenuous grasp on reality - but still! I was proud of Kandi for not punching NeNe in the face (which would have definitely been my approach).

@emfish55: I agree. I can't watch Seinfeld anymore - it just annoys me. The writing just seems so self-indulgent and smirky. "Look how smart we all are! Look how sarcastic we are! We are so cool!"

@Sev: You should read the rest of the article - it's batshit crazy. Apparently, Darwin is also responsible for the Holocaust.

@labeled: Oh my god, yes!! All of her shoes are trendy and inexpensive - my secret love. And I promise they're not identifiable as J Simp from the outside.

I'm a dash, but I always feel guilty for not being a more mature and responsible semi-colon.

@BAngieB: Yeah, I didn't pick up any of that. That's simply a phrase indicating "also" or "too", certainly not implying anything about adoption.

@Flackette Goes Retro: I just got married at the ancient age of 30, which means everyone tells me constantly that I "better get started". My new favorite reply is that I have to raise money for my student loans before I can raise kids.

Any Jezzies in Charlotte, NC? Just moved to town and am drowning in a sea of red.

I'm always amazed by people who don't think babies are an enormous financial drain. I have a friend whose husband is barely making ends meet (this is the Deep South, women with kids aren't expected to work), and she wants a third child! Her philosophy is that you just make it work, credit card debt be damned.

@oudemia: I know, I know...but I still can't wrap my head around that. He just seems like the type to always root for the winning team. I bet he's a Duke basketball fan, too!
