There’s something to be said for “choosing not to be offended”, but that doesn’t mean that would-be offenders should get a pass. Being offensive still makes a person an asshole.

The interesting thing here is that whether you are trolling or not, the backlash that you have received is by definition bullying. So people want to write/read articles and stand on circumstance about how pious they are and yet perpetuate the values and ideals that they speak against.
