Well, I lived my entire life in a tropical country (Brazil), visited many more and never, ever, caught a tropical disease. Also Brazil and several other south american countries have very extensive immunization policies.

I’m very surprised to see my alma mater on the list! nº 508! I know it´s one of the most prestigious universities in Brazil, but did not know it would get this high up the list. Nice.
