Can we get a comment of the year going? That would be awesome.

What’s wrong with all of you? It’s a free car. Free. No cost. Being a car enthusiast isn’t about having opinions of cars you’ve never driven
I read that as ginger beer exploding off the shelves. I was thinking, oh good, another trend just in time for the holidays!
Brap brap brap brap
I think robotics should be allowed to do everything up to pulling the trigger. Identify the target, track it, find a firing solution, but someone needs to be responsible for the kill.
What a gay ‘ol time.
I’d rather have a view below the plane. But that would prove difficult as cargo and all of the mechanical bits are down there.
Maybe the passenger front. The shadow seems to suggest the trailer blew over. But there definitely is a pop.
Looks like the truck hit a pretty mean crosswind. The back end came out first.
Absolutely. However that’s not to say that it can’t be done. Boston is a poster boy for modern infrastructure engineering. If anyone could get the funding for an overhaul it would be them.
Operators are an antiquated form of running trains. Similar to an elevator operator. The entire thing can be made to be autonomous and even safer than a manned operation. We are doing it with cars already and they have significantly more freedom of motion.
I honestly think I’d go for a Fiat 500 Abarth or a Ford Fiesta ST. Both cars spank the Veloster in track performance.

Holy shit are we going to have this conversation every time I call something by its technical name? I never said it wasn’t a drone only implied that a big name tech blog like Gizmodo should use more technical names.
What exactly was the motive to writing this article?
Holy shit people, stop making dumb things with multirotor aircraft (see how I included a vast number of remote controlled aircraft without calling them drones?). Gizmodo, stop feeding the public’s fear of multirotor aircraft. Neither of you are helping anything.
Rather them ruin a Baja than an STi.
Hahaha people voting NP don’t understand the biturbo’s legacy. This just further perpetuates evidence that most of the readers here are casual car enthusiasts.
Don’t look too far into it. It’s a monkey. They aren’t nice or even endangered. Fight that monkey!
Not the race car that you think of when you close your eyes. But my 2015 WRX is a race car. I autocross it. I put my car number on early in the morning and hit the road. I love it when kids looks over. I like to believe they are thinking “Woah, that guy races that thing!” At the same time I hope people like the idea…
