I agree that they should have asked for or done an “Inspection” from the street, which would have discovered the problem... Then, given him fair and legal notice to remedy the situation, I.E. Sorry, it is Illegal to fly over inhabited airspace at ANYTHING less then 500 feet AGL, AND it is Illegal to fly over anyone else’s airspace below that altitude! Drones can only rise to 400Feet AGL, and NEVER over the property of another. So, it is BOTH creepy and Illegal!

Minimum altitude “Over inhabited property”, you can fly at 50 feet over the open ocean or over the desery, etc.

Yes, the airspace above your property is YOURS, up until you reach the level of “Class B”, Class D or Class C” airspace as set by the FAA. Otherwise, people flying drones could invade your privacy and video you and your Wife ( girlfriend, mistress, neice, whatever) hard at “Work”
