As the owner of a Cayenne Turbo I can answer that: I wanted at least one car that could do everything well, and it’s actually cheaper to buy a Cayenne Turbo than to buy a luxury sedan, sports car, and SUV - not to mention I live in SF and don’t have that much parking.

I was going to say “my black Porsche Cayenne Turbo” for the exact same reason.  In LA if you can break LOS you are good.

I’m pretty sure I saw this car last week in Napa - remember looking at the wheels and thinking they looked oversized. If not there’s a twin running around.

Interestingly, in Paris, there are a number of street spots where you can charge. This article is from 4 years ago but I think there are a lot more of these now.  Not a terrible idea.

100% agreed with this. As someone with a house in a city with a 2-car garage, however, I would definitely buy the Honda E. I’ve almost pulled the trigger on an i3 several times, but they are so ugly.

I have a friend who has several times said if my 328 grenades its engine he would love to buy the shell and make it electric. I just don’t get it - the only part of that car that is really really good, other than how it looks, is that sweet Ferrari V8. (Also I put more than 3000km per year on mine!)

All except the time travel, which is the thing that surprised me the most.

Don’t forget their tiny, malfunctioning penises. I get it dude, I can already see the giant truck, I know you’re a huge insecure asshole with a small dick. You don’t have to act like an asshole on top of it, we’ve all seen this TV show before.

The Honda E.  I’d buy one tomorrow as a city car.

If you think any auto market ever has been a “free market” I’ve got a bridge for sale you might like.

Well, I couldn’t get the reservation page to work, and now they are all reserved.  Hopefully they’ll release more of the top trim reservations.

I’ve got a deposit on a Cybertruck (likely vaporware) but I’m likely going to get in line for the electric Hummer. Either way, I’d love to actually have a modern US vehicle - so far in my life the newest US brand car I’ve owned was MY1966.

I like the Lucid way better than the Tesla on looks, but this is the most recent of several articles I’ve read saying Lucid “sells” their cars for a certain price.  That’s not right is it - you can’t just buy a Lucid the same way you can a Tesla right?  What am I missing?

I drove one 2-3 years ago at a Jag dealer and while nice it was not nice enough to command the price they were asking - and they were already willing to throw maybe $10k on the hood? I definitely remember the interior feeling sub-par. At the asking price there was no way I wouldn’t have gone with a Volvo or stepped

I replaced my 09 G550 just pre-COVID and was going to get a new G550. I agree that the AMG versions are a little silly (for my personal cost/benefit) and I have enough other cars that do the fast thing that my SUV doesn’t have to be that fast.

Literally all of them, unless I got the double negatives wrong.

Starred with a correction: there is NOT A SINGLE Richard Mille watch that is worth being seen with, so I can’t tell whether that means the G is too expensive and not expensive enough.

No, it’s STUTZ with two t’s.  Whattya mean that’s not in your system?

Even on my fully optioned Cayenne Turbo (which has the new style “switchgear” so you have to look closely) there is one “blank”. I think it might be something for the e-hybrid cars but man Porsche does everything they can to make you wonder what else you could overpay for.

As to the Golden Gate Bridge:
