I find I’m still visiting about as often. I’m just sad there’s so fewer commenters around. :( I despise Kinja but I wish more AVC regulars would’ve realized this place was worth fighting for enough to put up with it. At least give it a chance.

Now that we have season tags, and review specific tags, can we please, for the love of god, get episode number tags? Like it should say [Season 1] [Ep. 06] on the tags above the article, that way if you are sorting by season, especially on mobile, you don’t have to keep backing out and clicking different articles to…
I watched this show when it first aired, and this was the episode where I started to clock that this show wasn’t just a Family Guy-esque adult comedy. I half enjoyed the first couple of episodes, but I remember noticing that Todd was still in jail in this episode, and the “I printed off loads of David B pictures” “...…
The music in this game is so fucking awesome. My favorite is the song that plays whenever you enter the last stage of a dungeon to steal the treasure. It never fails to pump me up for a boss fight.
That NieR:Automata article on Ending E is magnificent, all the discussions from it made my day, and NieR:Automata really is a truly unique and wonderful gaming experience. My favorite for 2017 so far, in a year already filled to the brink with unbelievably top tier releases. Highly recommended on all counts. …
Love how they refer to Ben as “The Daredevil himself.”
I’m not falling for that one again! Not after those first two times!
I made it! I guess this Kinja thing isn’t so bad after al....I couldn’t finish, sorry.
Parks and Rec is the superior show.
I think the fundamental flaw of Jim Halpert is that they don’t let him grow up. I mean they do, but...early seasons he’s a flawed guy. He’s an underachiever not living up to his potential. He’s a bit of a dick to his annoying coworker.
Wow. The show must’ve gotten a lot more graphic after I stopped watching.
I never saw this coming.
I like it for all these reasons, plus as a child of Southie, the broad Boston jokes were still pretty funny. “He knows our things!”
Considering how often TV pushes the message, “Your family may be abusive dickweeds but you have to love them anyway because that’s what convention dictates”, I think it’s really great that this episode comes out and says, “If your family makes you miserable you can and should cut them out of your life”. Families are…
For some reason, the line, “Ben Affleck don’t eat no grapes!” always makes me laugh enormously. Ditto, “Shapes and colours the likes of which I’ve never seen!”
“it’s actually about what makes mortality, the threat of real permanent death, precious. Unlike 2B, the robots are ultimately mortal. They may only get the opportunity to mimic people, stuck in the shapes they were built in, but they can still end. It drives them to change, to try and be something new.”
I’m all about Mount Wario! I love all the brass instruments, and the way it amps up in the final lap makes the track (which is already one of my favorites) even more satisfying to race on.
Are we still doing phrasing?
I’ve always loved that one! It’s like a triumphant procession after a harrowing experience in the Ghost House.
As someone whose driving skills are lacking and who relies on recklessness and pure chaos to win, I hated all Rainbow Road courses. Too many agonizing moments of waiting to race while being dragged up by Lakitu.
