Good luck finding the old school school bus in decent condition for 10k. Most decent ones have been restomoded to hell and the rare stock ones that are working are getting PRICEY.

The first 2 seem the best option. AWD is a thing on them as well as a decent and actual interior.
IMO skip the element.  They are loud, rattle like crazy, and are getting OLD.  Good luck finding one where the seat mounts aren’t rusting out as well.
