I THOUGHT that was why my comment was pending approval cuz Disqus use to do that to me whenever I cussed; but then I realized the approval thing is just Kinja being difficult for no good reason. I think once AV Club adds you, then your comments will go live right away (please don’t ask me how to make them add you; it

I kinda still wanted to see them try. [grumble grumble grumble] Seriously, I can’t shake the feeling that if we had more seasons in store, they could have gone a different direction with that entire meeting. I mean, think about it, say that Cersei did capture Dany, and maybe Jon as well, why would her dragons or her

Are you sure about that? Cuz he’s like freaking ROTTING. If he was never dead, how do you explain the condition he’s in? I mean, I want to believe you, but I just can’t get the image of his gangrenous face out of my head.

Right? Sure, Tyrion would’ve been pissed but since his suggestions have led to shit anyway, maybe she’d do better dropping him her Hand in the long run.

It’s kinda sad how everyone’s blaming Jon for the Northern expedition. Lol.

I completely agree with you; I thought that was odd too. Especially since that was the dealbreaker for her. He barely has a large enough army in the North so that’s why he had to go to Dany to ask for help (and dragonglass), so why would Cersei really think the North is a threat anymore. Half of the forces were

But if, say, The Mountain grabbed Dany and threw her underground...the dragons could lay siege but it would endanger their mother as well. I know that Cersei was just putting on an act, so there was some degree of deceit in the meeting, but the fact that she didn’t even try something more dramatic just didn’t sit well

Meh, Jon should just get over the incest part; it’s in their blood. But you’re right about the political side of it being more of an issue. I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks about the fact that he’s pledged his loyalty to Dany, and then when they find out he’s sleeping with her on top of that? I don’t think

Yeah I belatedly realized that. But really my point was that Kinja won’t let you correct your mistakes once the comment has been published.

Why don’t you just watch the show the way you want to and let the rest of us watch the show the way we want to, grouchy-pants? Don’t ship then, no one’s forcing you; you don’t have to kill the party for the rest of the world.

Honestly, sometimes I wonder why anyone would even want the Throne. I mean, just looking at some of those citizens at King’s Landing or even up North...they’re a bit of a drag. A bit too excited about public humiliation and execution, very wishy washy about their loyalties. And then Dany and Jon would have to explain

Oh yeah. But I wonder if she/he did mean Lord of the Rings since they didn’t correct me. Oh well. my mistake. But the fact that we can’t correct simple typos anymore still holds true.

But let’s say that IS true...why not wait until AFTER the season finale of one of the biggest shows on tv to roll this thing out? Am I crazy in thinking Got eps garner a good amount of traffic? So why mess with a good thing until it’s on break and therefore won’t impact anything. They only had to wait ONE MORE WEEK.

I was just as puzzled. The more I think about it, the more I hate the fact that the meeting went so well. Sure, Cersei’s not sending her army up North, but it could have been so much worse...why didn’t they even try to go in that direction? Have The Mountain grab Jon and Dany and throw them underground...then her

Do you believe Dany would really refuse to take it? I think that would be out of character for her. She has wanted the throne for too long.

I hope you’re right because I already don’t like the fact that he’s been making really bad suggestions since meeting Dany...last thing I need is for Tyrion to be angry jealous and actually turn against her.

I found it too, and yeah, it’s exactly as you say, it takes 12 extra steps whereas before, with Disqus, everything was right there. I even miss being able to see who upvoted by just hovering over the arrow.

That look she gave Jaime when she finally saw him again...I immediately thought, Poor Tormund, he doesn’t have a chance. At this point he might as well join Ser Jorah in the frosty friendzone (even though she probably still doesn’t even see him as a friend).

His not lying made all the sense to me cuz that’s him. The others thinking he would lie was the part that made no sense. Especially Tyrion, who knows how honorable and straight he is.
