That was some damn funny ad libbing and Teti is a great straight man. Also, it may sound weird to mention this, but excellent editing…the cuts added to the humor in a lot of the jokes (e.g. the empty notebook).

You're right, it's all how you look at it.

Are you saying you don't think Jackman is on the juice? I ask because he is.

That's a double-negative.

The show had tons of schlock through the entire run, but it also had some bright spots up until the end. For me, the show hit a peak with the arc where Pain attacks and nearly destroys Naruto's home town. There was some extremely dark stuff there, but not merely for the sake of itself. The themes and even the

This may sound strange, but many elements of the setting, plot and action of Naruto could be repurposed into something quite good, in the right hands. Or at least the start of an entertaining and successful franchise. But this is Lionsgate and a hack director, so it will probably make the live Airbender movie look

The first time I read your comment, I missed the whole Drake=Duck part of the joke (also mentally drained), and it was actually pretty hilarious just to think of it in those terms, as a random metaphor for low-stakes conflict.

I've recently gotten back into Terraria. The 1.3 update for it just came out a couple weeks ago, and as per Re-logic's habit, they added a ton of content. It's been years since I last played, and I never fully explored the last update, so I get to rediscover one of my most beloved games.

The simplest explanation is that Pearl knows how Future Vision works well-enough to evade it.

This notion of fighting for state's rights is a bit of a canard. States right to what? Slavery, of course. There would not have been a civil war if that was not on the table. Dividing considerations here between morality and economics is splitting hairs. You could say it was about the morality of the economics.

I'm probably way too late to contribute to this discussion…

"I think Brady, et al. are being fined for their arrogance as much as for their breaking the rules - the idea that they're the princes of football and much to big for punishment."

You have to listen to the bloops he's not generating.

Hey, he's also really against racism!

Correction: ten FUCKING seconds.

The Jets are actually carrying on a long New Jersey tradition established by that storied airship…it's no coincidence that a jet is just a slightly more aerodynamic zeppelin.

I have two objections specifically to all the hand-wringing over the Far Cry series (well, since 3). First, I don't know why it gets singled out. It's far from the worst of it's kind.

Sorry if I offended you, but I really don't have much tolerance for sentiments like "Yeah, the idea that anything will change is deeply delusional." That kind of sentiment is profoundly lazy on so many levels. Not only is it an excuse for doing nothing, but there's a real presumption behind that kind of supposedly

My apologies, I had no idea you've been trying so hard. Usually, when I meet someone who dismisses the possibility of change, they haven't actually lifted a finger to do anything whatsoever about whatever they say can't change. I'd like to hear more about what you've tried and what that taught you.

Actual realism is not a subjective thing. It's either realistic or not. The only time you know for sure that something isn't realistic is when you've decided it isn't and never even try; at which point you are correct…hooray for you.
