In my mind, Pacific Rim didn't flop. It delivered what I wanted it to deliver. Robots punching monsters and I love the crap out of it. When Gypsy Danger shows up and confront the monsters, I am as happy as a little girl.I will go watch it again, I will buy all the toys, I will tell everyone to go see it.

I absolutely agree with taking a road trip.
Drove to Vegas, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Monument Valley (above pic), a Orvis Hot Springs in Colorado.

Yeah, but that Hybrid can haul your family on a road trip, maybe go off road, shoot a film in Africa for National Geographic, or support a rebel group against a tyrannical government.
