I’m pretty sure the ‘wrong’ numbers are the same as were on my ‘15 - and I can tell you the real number I get (combined) is pretty damn close to th 17 in the ‘corrected’ numbers. Well I’m sure you can get 100 paid shills to tell you it’s density. However that 100% ignores that the U.S. has many many areas where the density is far above japan or europe (New York city, or just about any other city with a pop over 100k honestly - which is a f’n lot of them) - and these places don’t get speeds…

very ‘depends’ - if your rotors were replaced the last time you had breaks done - and you replace your pads before they are ‘gone’ - you should be able to get away with it. You should measure the rotor and make sure it’s within spec thickness wise though.
