My second paragraph is about this ....

Sure - unless it's Sandy - that's not weather it was climate change - or the drought in California - or when we break temperature records - If you want this mantra to stick it's best not to jump on the bandwagon every time a single weather event looks good for global warming as 'proof'.

Hrmmm

Yes due to a kid breaking their DS - Yes again to myself dropping my 3ds while the headphones were plugged in causing the socket to crack (and thus not work).

I think it helps that outside of warranty you can pay Nintendo 50 bucks and they'll fix any problem including having run the thing through a woodchipper (assuming enough parts are left to verify a serial number). That's cheaper than buying a new unit.

Did the same thing for me.... odd and awesome at the same time.

My only real gripe (other than not having it in hand now) is that they didn't move the headphone jack to the top of the unit.

I thought I'd point out something - with Verizon if you have a smartphone you get charged 40 bucks a month *extra* as line access - if you go with the 'edge' program (and have 10gb of data) they drop that line charge to 20 bucks a month. For a single person - meh - but with 5 phones on the plan 10gb isnt' really

speed limit 65 and you are doing the speed limit - sorry bad editing there

Assuming your drive is 60 miles and the speed limit is 60 - they make the drive in 55 mins - you make it in 48. That's a difference of 7 minutes. The average wait time at a red light is 1 minute - so if you even go through 1 red light and they don't it gets worse (and vice versa) - most people don't drive 60 miles

rofl Yeah I'm sure your drive ends on the highway and your destination is located there as well. Duh.

You can buy covers for the circle pad to increase it's friction - the 'ruberized' nubs that are on it can wear out - they aren't that expensive - if you are having problems I'd recommend getting some.

Lets say the speed limit is 65. Unless you are making a 100 mile or longer trip - you can do 45 and make the same time to your destination give or take 2-3 mins. If you are in such a rush that 2-3 mins makes you late - you left your house too late - don't blame people.

Well they could always go to the (legal) places to pay for oral servicing - or the (legal) bath houses for a 'wash' sans clothes.... or the (not legal) hotel experience - Japan has a very funny relationship with these things that goes way beyond pixelated film.

That was actually pretty good - the camera work (no steady cam - but not 'shakycam' either) just enough jostle leading up to the shock that it gets you slightly queezy and off your comfort zone. The avoiding the obvious shock points at the door and woman alone in her bed also help to keep you from 'expecting' the

Every friend of mine has kids that play minecraft - while they will buy the toys - not a single one of them would let their kids spend money *in game* - heck they are all paranoid to even let them use mods.

Careful with that argument - once you admit the climate models are wrong to yourself - you can't help but ask 'what if they are wrong about carbon being the culprit - what if we are focusing all our efforts on the wrong thing - how *much* of the warming recently is man made (given that we have had steady warming sense

Thanks for that - I figured there was an awesome reason that happened - I've never seen an explosion film where I've noticed that before - now that I know what it is - it's easy to match it up with the shockwave that shortly thereafter *pushes the clouds away* - the other awe inspiring thing about this is realizing

As it first erupts - there is a brief white cloud that shoots out of the volcano - that looks like it gets sucked back into the main blast.... does anyone know what that is? I'm assuming the massive force of the explosion created a vacuum - just odd that the rest of the cloud/derbies wasn't also sucked back in at the

Well Rocky was Italian too right? :)
