Banks are not a business where you purchase retail goods - they operate under different rules and because the government backs all the money (FDIC insured!) the laws make it very clear errors are not in your favor.

Oddly given a neutral starting point people (when tested and watched for this sort of thing) tend to point out errors for or against them.

You'll note that if they ring it wrong on the register - common decency will cause either party to usually point this out - however even if you are aware of the mistake they made - once you leave the store you aren't liable for theft. (This is assuming you didn't obfuscate the item or alter tags).

No one said every business is evil - but thank you for the words in my mouth. What I said it that protections are for the individual - not the business - corporations already enjoy many protections that people don't get - such as the ability to not have any personal liability if they do something heinous (like

It's the same law in the US - if you doubt it call your local postmaster general - the fact is if you are sent things in the mail and didn't ask for them (regardless of why) it's a gift.

Oddly it plays fine in Peoria - sold out with extended booking.

I saw Luke talk to Biggs on Tatooine - but not in the movie - I had a kids book that had full body shot of Vader with his lightsaber out - that told a simplified story of the movie with stills from the film. *THAT* book had a scene with Luke and Biggs - in fact if it weren't for that book I wouldn't have known who

Crowley was removing his own blood to make another phone call - that's why Sam hid around the corner in 'secret spy listen mode'.

Massive storm - *if* it's related to Global Warming it would be the *first* confirmed storm so affected. Sandy's GW impact wasn't the storm - it was the sea level rise that the surge used.

Who said current gen - if you want something as good as what's in the (not yet released) consoles you can find it for 60 bucks.

Now just add one more panel - a Wii-U showing up and saying "graphics aren't important? Because I have some of the most innovative *gameplay*" followed by all three screaming "GRAPHICS" all over again - which is what everyone says when the Wii-U is brought up.

Most shaving irritation depends on how curly your hair is - the curlier your hair the easier it is to get irritation - because a proper shave is on a hot face your pores open up and your hair extends - you shave then cold rinse to make the hair retract. Well when you do that if you have curly hair your hair will do

MMO's provide quite a bit more than matchmaking services. Even still I'd be OK with paying for XBox Live if it wasn't saddled with in your face ad's - once the ad's became ridiculous I stopped paying for it and won't ever again.

If the internet is any guide you win by shouting your message over and over in every possible forum or location regardless of the topic of discussion.

Playboy has published stories and novels (spread out into multiple issues) from award winning authors. Some of these stories went on to be classics (and award winning) that otherwise had every publisher slam the door in their face due to content.
