I have been a member of that cult since seeing the movie in cinemas when it first came out. I had the collectible cups from Wendy’s that changed color when you added cold beverage. That movie heavily informed my pop culture vocabulary. It wasn’t a big hit at the time, but it did decent enough business.

I watched Octopus Teacher the other day to prep for this episode and the biggest thing I took from it was how shitty it would be to be a teenager and your dad just wanted to talk to you about this fucking octopus everyday for a year.

I think my only critique of Monkey Grifter is that they give too much away in the

On the other hand, he just does eyes and doesn’t know such stuff.

James Hong is a goddamn national treasure.

Just saw him in Wendell and Wild (they made the character look like him). Happy he is still getting good roles!

I have both consoles and I kind of hope it does go exclusive, mostly for the drama.

Spider-Man is huge across entertainment brands too, but I have yet to see any web-slinging on Xbox.

You’re right of course that people are easily convinced in the moment before being taken by the wave at the voting booth.

Now that I’ve seen it, I can confirm these comments are way off. Each episode is thoroughly engaging. Not a second wasted. When all is said and done, this will amount to 9 episodes that would have been maybe 12 or 13 episodes if they were 45 minutes a piece which is the length of your typical prestige TV season.

Well, I feel I should update my views now that I’ve seen the whole thing: yeah, it’s brilliant.

SPOILERS (assuming they’re necessary here)

Best. Season. Yet. Loved every episode. Found the length was necessary to fit all the story lines and I thought they got the balance between them about right. No complaints from me. Also I don’t think this was slow paced at all. Each episode had a lot of things happening to move the story along. Possibly Hoppers was

Season 4 is as good as 1. It’s almost some sort of miracle they took a break that long and came back with such excellent content. The only issue with the series is the INSANELY huge cast, other than that Stranger Things is as good as its ever been.

I just finished and personally, I think this has been the best season by quite a wide margin. The writing has never been better.

IT CAN BE TWO THINGS!!

If you’re not the perfect shade of red, you’re not a native to some people.

THANK YOU! I grow so weary of the caping for people who think they are the one director that is too good for a 1 minute scene of fan service/connection.

Fuck Edgar Wright. I said it.

That works for me as long as the show is open to tying into the larger universe at some point, which should come as a requirement for working on anything MCU related. What irks me especially on the DC side is when the directors/producers/showrunners think there’s some badge of creative quality by not being beholden to
