It’s not hard to transcribe what he says, its just that if you transcribe his words and then try to read them, it’s abundantly clear how incoherent he is. Any supposed “message” he’s trying to convey is lost in a sea of lies, misinformation, and non-sequiturs.

No, they deliberately parse his meandering, incomprehensible ramblings for any kernel of coherence, sanitizing him so that people who didn’t actually watch the speech will read some article that selectively pulls the two or three quotes that are the least incoherent and think “hey maybe this guy has it together”.

This is a much better application for AI than most I’ve seen lately. I’m assuming it’ll basically just run millions of simulations based off known traffic data to see what happens if X light is green at Y time for Z length and trying to put the best set of light patterns together.  

But these guys have seen every F&F movie, so they are more than qualified to track on the streets while all of the other cars magically move out of the way for them or leave them just enough room to squeeze through. Clearly this woman was at fault for not having good timing.
