My brother in Electrochrist, $20,000 is still not a cheap car. My newest car was 17k and I was still really uncomfortable spending that much. I understand that he’s talking about new cars here, but aren’t the majority of US car sales used? And AFAIK used electric cars are still a pretty poor value prospect. Which,

The car I drove isn’t a customer car; instead, it’s one of two development cars...

I never played the earlier Age of Wonders games, but 4 is quite good. Really scratches the itch of “what if Civ V was an RPG too?” I’d say my only grievance is that right now economics between civs are very lacking and water - particularly the development of a navy - is extremely underutilized.

Phillips owns the name and licenses it to whoever owns the Atari trademark this week. You could, theoretically have a Pong game with no connection to Atari. Not that Atari is Atari anymore. The last business unit at any company with any direct lineage to Atari is Namco, which assimilated Atari Japan in the early 90s.

And they will mercilessly devour your existing Pokemon!

Begs the question - how do you really price a really great example of a truly mediocre product? The ur-average? The ne-plus-ultra of unremarkable? Usually antique cars are well-preserved examples of high-water marks. A lovingly maintained Model T, a 1970 9/11 that has been meticulously mechanically updated for decades

Listen comrade, we were just innocently investigating Ukraine when we found shocking evidence that while he was working for Burisma, Hunter Biden ran a meth factory that sold human baby meat to aliens and we thought you might like to know, no need to be testy

I mean, his admitted cheating was during lockdown, not when he was like 5.

Me fighting the first boss (in my MMA imagination bunker)

This list kind of shows the problem though. Even 25k is a lot to pay for a car for some folks (me).

Post Hyundai buyout Kias are just getting better and better. Would buy with confidence.

The question is how many more of these weird shows where worryingly young women perform graphic, uncomfortable sex acts before the networks get it out of their system

Expectation management is key. Remember when everyone was DEVASTATED that you couldn’t fully explore the interior of every building in Cyberpunk? And it’s like guys, you will never explore the inside of HALF the buildings in the town you ACTUALLY live in, why would V just spend weeks hiking into random apartments and

“Esoteric” being a diplomatic way of saying “shit,” which is 100 percent right

I don’t give two fat ones about this franchise, but I’m mad as hell they cheated Slater like this. He has CLAWED his way out of irrelevance, and he deserves better.

Dale Sr. would have lived if he’d been using the recommended safety precautions. He chose to take an elevated risk and unfortunately it didn’t work for him.

I think you’ll find that is a RESULT of regulation and not an impetus for it. Once car companies HAD to be safe, making that a marketing point became natural.

What part of car safety do you think comes from capitalism? The US auto industry has vigorously combatted almost every safety standard for cars OR pedestrians.

now you can crash it WAY HARDER

For reference, 3-5 mm is generally considered acceptable. That’s between panels, so each panel is going to be from 1.5 to 2.5 mm. That’s about half of the width of a pencil. Documented measurements by existing Tesla owners have included gaps that exceed these, and more importantly, VARIATIONS in gap width that hit the
