Don't get too excited: Schneeweißchen/Schneewittchen. It's mostly a dialect thing.

I had a bit of trouble decoding the phrase "her first TV role period"…

Doesn't every movie open on Wednesdays in France? I know they always open in Germany on Thursdays, so with day-and-date releases, Germany is always one day (plus six to nine hours) ahead of the US.

"The world has plenty of shows about the cruelty of aging." —- It does? You mean like "Off Their Rockers," yes?

That's nice, but your little brother is standing in the middle of Stanistan!!! (Come on, someone had to.)

On the other hand, the show did remember that Zeek's mother is still around. I could hardly believe it!

Yeah, actually, "oh" is a diphthong, so…

Ugh, americentrism. The true origin of the time jump lies, of course, with the Flemish soap "Familie" from 1997!

I felt the show was making a point about the difference between Adam and Kristina here. Kristina actively seeks information so she can react appropriately and control a situation. Adam is more perceptive but remains passive until prodded.

Quite the opposite. "Hi kids, welcome to history class. Basically, humans invented agriculture, the wheel, then there were a bunch of wars and revolutions, and that brings us to 1933. Now the following twelve years we'll deal with in real time…"

The context is a prohibition against publicly using the symbols of groups known to be fighting the current democratic constitution or its fundamental principles.

Somebody didn't pay attention in Television Ratings 101… Rating ≠ share.

Wasn't Kevin Williamson fired from Dawson's Creek, then returned for the finale?
