Based on this screenshot from Youcar’s video, it appears that the centers of the two small outer lights flash amber for the signals. Although it would be criminal if upper management changes them to red for North America...the turn signals can be seen briefly at 3:51 into the video.

I’m going to have to say a Porsche 959 in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC. Never thought I would see one in person but especially not in my own part of town.
