“I give it my lowest rating ever... 7 thumbs up.”
“I give it my lowest rating ever... 7 thumbs up.”
In Friday the 13th part 6, the camp for once is populated with kids, though while they’re put in jeopardy, I don’t believe any are killed. Still, that leads to a golden moment with two of them hiding under a bed from Jason, with one turning to the other and asking “So, what WERE you going to be when you grew up?”
It’s like that Progressive Home and Auto Bundle commercial on the radio. “You’ve heard us talk about the Home and Auto Bundle so much that we don’t even have to say ‘the Home and Auto Bundle’ and that’s why customers love the Sushi in Vancouver and are happy with the Goat with Magic Powers...” If The Flash script repla…
“How does Chester know that Diggle is the “heart of team Arrow”?”
There was an SNL sketch (sadly not on YouTube, it seems) lampooning this movie when Affleck hosted not long after.
Also, I can’t believe I forgot to mention this, but I had to laugh that the only door in STAR Labs that actually has a lock is the freaking bar.
“You’re going to be a great dad, Barry.”
Making this even more awkward is the fact that Candice Patton doesn’t appear in the episode for the second week in a row, resulting in a lot of Barry calling to her offscreen or on the phone.
Why did Chillblaine cockblock himself?
When Chillblaine’s pellet exploded I totally thought it was a reveal that he had spiked her drink (combined with all the close-ups of his bartender mixing shots), which would’ve been really dark for the show’s current tone.
- According to Twitter, Candice Patton is missing from this and last episode due to needing a mental health break, but she apparently will be around for Episode 150. And take this with a grain of salt, but there’s rumors that Patton wants to leave the show next season.
“Does Nate use his extremely helpful superpower in this episode? He does. HOWEVER. I am offended on Ray Palmer’s behalf that Nate doesn’t steel up, get eaten by the worm on purpose, and then punch his way out of its insides like the Atom exploding Rasputin. Would have been a nice tribute.”
Late to the thread and most of the good stuff’s already been covered, so I’ll just tip my hat in appreciation of Behrad’s drawl.
Yea. Its not that big of a gap between any of them really.
In the timeline where Zari 1.0 joined the Legends, she was from a dark future where metahumans were rounded up and imprisoned or killed, and had lost her family. Behrad is from the same timeline as Zari 2.0 where none of that ever happened. So the circumstances of him joining the Legends must have been very different…
Given Behrad’s the one who lived Zari 1.0's memories as we have seen them, does that mean Jonah Hex gave his hat to Behrad and he was wearing that??
Omniscient Singing Cowboy Narrator Man is love. Omniscient Singing Cowboy Narrator Man is life.
I am really surprised they can keep things fresh and enjoyable even when returning to semi-familiar ground. It helps that they really focused on the character conflicts, and didn’t stay on anything too long for it to get old.
