Another terribly cynical thought while watching something heartwarming and joyous: How much do sideline reporters get paid? I’m really surprised some bean counter hasn’t got some power at one of these networks and said screw it and fired them all.

I agree and the fact that he is the one male “sideline” reporter who has any celebrity and it essentially comes from his “looks” proves the terribly sexist (which I unfortunately agree with) point that sideline reporters are window dressing and objects of desire.
