There are wild lynxes in Poland including ones that are in the Kampinos National Forest Park north of Warsaw. Despite thousands of people who go there very few have ever seen them and those are mostly biologist that track them (and their radio collars). Also a warthog that escaped Warsaw zoo transport 2 decades ago…
