7 for me.

The dialogue and overall plot makes sense this time.

Finished the game recently. It was amazing. Easily my third favorite FF game after 7 and 6.

This is just awesome. It’s a shame the majority of Nintendo fans I speak to treat all of the modding scene as evil.

I’d be more concerned with the production values. This movie looks like ass.

PS4 for now but a Steam release shouldn’t be too off considering Square’s recent track record.

I concur. The judgement demo (which is available on JPN PSN stores) made me go from skeptical to GOTY. It’s easy to get into, the world is vast and compelling with things to do, and most importantly it feels like it’s pushing the series forward. Give it a go and maybe you’ll see what I see.

A remake is redoing every ingredient with new graphics, textures, models, etc. Remaster is just taking the existing game and porting it for modern systems.

Have you tried UPlay now? It’s so much better.

Final Fantasy XV, The Last Guardian followed by Dead Rising 4 and Battlefield 1 for me.

SSF honestly works amazingly well. I managed to finish Panzer Dragoon Saga thanks to it. The only draw back is that you don't get the smooth opengl shader Yabause is known for. But it's definitely stable.

Mine plays well except 3 in some areas. Also keep in mind that Dolphin builds a shader cache so games you've just started will slowly get better. Also recommend Ishikura build as it's faster.

Ni No Kuni still remains my favorite RPG (and possible game) from last gen. Such a beauty! One can only hope they eventually port them to PC.

Two words: passion and motivation. Coming up with a new idea is HARD and can feel almost impossible. Once you have an established framework and being a fan the process of developing a game of this scope becomes a lot easier.

It’s also worth noting that devs use these opportunities to learn. The skills they used here

So this isn't coming as a free update patch for PC players? Shame.

Been playing it all day. Graphics are mind blowing for a mobile game and the soundtrack has me hooked. The battle system is giving me a Lightning Returns vibe which I enjoyed.

Awesome stuff!

I live UK-time zone-ish (2 hours difference). But I’ve been doing this game media coverage thing for roughly 3 years (including E3 coverage and YouTube). Still worth applying?
