I disagree. MML didn't sell well cause it was poorely advertised; people didn't know about it. Capcom always believed Mega Man never appealed to the western market so it never bothered putting a budget for Mega Man.

Does this surprise anyone? Cancelling 2 Mega Man games (One of which we were waiting 10 years to play) only to be replaced with two updated games that no one asked for. What goes around comes around.

Phew, thank you! I'm not saying that this is Transformers we asked for but it definitely makes sense. I don't see how a "live-action" Transformer movie can be made any other way. If they threw in Unicron, for example, it would've been as bad as Galactus from Fantastic 4 (yeesh...bad memories.)
