You're either looking at areas with a lot of commerce and office buildings, rich snobs too good to order Dominos (5th avenue), areas that aren't near enough for delivery, or an area in which they did not track deliveries. I'm pretty sure there is a Dominos on 125th that I didn't see tracked in this video.
