I always start off with this intent. Sometimes I can be quick, but it depends on the idea I guess. I could certainly save a lot of time by not using the pen tool all the time. 

This is your 30th win this year (rough estimate), what’s your secret?

To be fair I’ve benefited more often than not from that “bad taste” so I can’t complain too much haha...

One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of great entries don’t seem to speak to Zack the way they speak to me. Often the one I’d have picked to win doesn’t even make the cut. Art is hella subjective.

In my film studies classes, we were encouraged to watch without sound, listen without picture. At that time, movies were on VHS tape. My VCR had a scroll wheel on the remote. I slowed things down, sped them up. I turned off the color. Movies are complicated interactions. The deeper you look, the more you see.

It’s not so much about him as it is about a pattern of corporate behavior that suggests those who have real power within Acti/Blizz prefer a climate of fascism and authoritarianism. Hence, collecting a group of nefarious individuals (i.e. a former torture apologist being responsible for ‘compliance’ seems dubious)…

He abused authority, he shouldn’t be given a position of authority again. The fact that you’re pretending this is a really complex or confusing idea says a lot about YOU.
