Can confirm. I’ve personally developed a physical/vocal tick due to the anxiety and stress (imagine a baby quickly turning its head away from food and making a noise). Luckily it’s not as severe as it was a few years ago but I still get it when I’m more relaxed and I think of anything with to much anxiety associated…
