This is the kind of attitude that I dislike as a gamer, because it comes from people that judge an entire industry, and for that matter, a culture based on what the media reports. It is simply ignorant.

As a guy (that's not balding yet, but might be soon knowing my genetics), I don't think it's really a "what will girls think?" issue. It's affects our confidence with everything overall, because baldness is associated with aging and aging is associated with a lack of virility.

Honestly, Darksied and a whole Apokolips invasion would make for an awesome movie. It has those alien invasion themes that seem to be so popular these days, and Darksied is a truly menacing villain. Because he SAYS badass things (unlike crackwise Luthor from the movies, and Doomsday from the comics).

Well said. I'm an atheist too, and I sometimes internally struggle with how to best express myself and what I'm feeling in times of disaster or loss. I just say that I'll keep them in my thoughts, and in this case, raise awareness of donation options while donating money myself.

Never said I was an Apple user in my post. I actually use everything. Recently been programming for Android with various devices scattered all over my desk, including a Nexus One, Galaxy Tab, and Galaxy S. Guess what? The app didn't work the same on any of the devices. Didn't have that problem on the iOS app we made.

This is something Steve Jobs has wanted for a long time. I can't find the link, but he said once that he envisioned a future where people just take their "computer profiles" with them wherever they go. You work on something at home, go to work, and boom, your computer looks and feels exactly like the one at home.

I think their perceived intelligence comes from a willingness to follow instructions relatively quickly. There was a book published by a psychology professor called "The Intelligence of Dogs" that ranked dogs from how quickly they learned and obeyed instructions.

If Sam and Ron return together for next season, I will no longer watch this show. I started watching for their crazy (but lighthearted) antics, but people yelling and throwing stuff and generally being abusive to each other is not my idea of entertainment.
