Jack wasn't that bad!
@Ignited_Impulse: He's boring if he's written badly. See, Superman's not about the powers. That's not what makes the character interesting.
@syloglu: I think the difference is in how he was raised. Superman/Clark Kent does the best he can with what he was taught by Jonathan and Martha Kent. Bruce Wayne and Peter Parker never had any real parents.
This is why I have always been a fan of Superman growing up (since I was 5!). Superman is necessary. He does right because it's the right thing to do, not because he's seeking revenge (Batman) or feeling guilty (Spider-man) or whatever else.
@vein11: Well, unlike Best Buy, at an Apple store they at least pay attention to you (or try, sometimes it got very packed). I've had long discussions with customers about what they would use their computers for. And believe it or not, we were told never to up-sell. In fact, a fellow employee got yelled at by the…
@vein11: I think you missed vinod1978's point (or got it and chose not to discuss it).
@dallasmay: This isn't strictly a mobile thing though. Apple's been around for what? 30 years now? I don't think either company is going anywhere.
This movie was a mess. Don't get me wrong, I liked it in parts... the CGI was cool, the fight choreography was well-done, and Wallace stole the show. Overall, though - it was just one big, loud mess strung together barely by a lackluster plot.
@LittleDragon: I kinda chuckled too. Does that make me a bad person? :(
@joq1000: And Matt has a dayjob as a cook under Gordon Ramsay? Sign me up.
@mike_le: This. I'm tired of seeing 10 year olds with my iPhone. Better let them have Android phones and have them grow up on bad UI design and a sub-par user experience (just like my friends grew up on Windows). Then I can be special again. I like belonging to a niche demographic.
@MarcianTobay: ... we are the Undead?
@DicksonPoon: My favorite part is how wide eyed his cohost gets.
@dallasmay: This.
@(Starman), The MIDI Man: Popular?
@burlybax: That's not Aishwarya Rai...
@Lorin: It's ok. He's Canadian.
@Aklost: What's "accepted" is changing though. What do people use computers for? Internet? Word processing? Games?
