One quick correction: The Pixel only charges at 15W, the Pixel XL at 18W.

You would need to already have the bootloader unlocked on the Kindle Fire. And since the app is on the play store you would have already needed to have the Play Store and Play Services installed in order to install it.
The surface area would only counteract the difference in density if you intentionally tried to float the flour on top (by placing it with the widest face down on top of the water). If you instead put it in with the most narrow face it would stay on the bottom once submerged.
As far as I know the sites don’t need to consent to participate since The Daily Mixer is just using their RSS feeds. Bromquinn can correct me if I’m wrong though.
I love AMOLED displays and would probably never buy a phone with an LCD again. That said, I don’t think I would buy a TV with an OLED screen yet. OLED screens continue to experience issues with burn-in. This is fine on a phone that you only expect to last 2-3 years but I’ve kept each TV I’ve owned for 7+ years. It…

Thanks for responding. You’re right, I don’t think a regular reader of The American Conservative or some other blatantly biased site is going to even be trying out your service but that feels like with many of the arguments for piracy (“I wouldn’t have [bought, clicked on] the [movie, article] anyway, so I’m not…
Why would you ever want a reverse curve? Unless you were sitting dead-straight there would be parts of the picture that would be obscured.

My biggest issue with this is kind of core to its operation: It provides you with the full text of the article without going to the site. I understand that there’s no way around it, but that robs the sites of ad revenue while still giving you full access to the content. Given that Lifehacker is ad-supported as well I…
I was wondering how they got that kind of battery life out of a portable speaker but it’s actually a lot larger than they make it look. It’s more than twice the size of the JBL Flip 3 which has dual 8W drivers. This Aukey does come with half the price tag, to be fair, but I’m not sure why it’s so big. The Flip 3 has a…

I use Hangouts, and I’m a little concerned for it’s future in the Google ecosystem. I use my carrier number, but use Google Voice for voicemail and love being able to access it all from one app.
Am I the only one that thinks that the original “Summer Lesson” seems just as if not more creepy than the overtly sexual version?
Ah. On Android the standard Alarm allows you to customize it by day and supports a “gentle” alarm.
In design circles, these bad doors are known as “Norman doors,” named for designer and author Don Norman. In his book The Design of Everyday Things, he explains that a well-designed door wouldn’t need a sign to indicate how to open it. You would be able to tell just by looking at it how to open it.
While it’s true that they do this, they warn you about it very clearly. I received an e-mail from Amazon telling me that the card associated with my Prime membership is expired and that they will try to charge other active cards associated with my account. This was a full month before my membership was going to…
As an Italian American this seems so odd to me. Butternut squash, spaghetti squash, acorn squash, zucchini, eggplant, etc... were all staples for us and are some of my favorite vegetables.
I haven’t used iOS10, but can’t you set one alarm for, say, Monday through Thursday and a different alarm for Friday?
Your credit report is NOT a tool to use in preventing or catching fraud. Don’t believe with Experian tells you.
We have an oil boiler that works for our heat (baseboard hot water) and our water heater. It works great but there are only two of us in the house. The cost is tough to estimate since it drives our heat as well, but we typically go through about half a tank of oil during the warm months (so about $30 per month when…
That’s exactly why I said:
