Yeah, but to say that gang violence is an acceptable subject for casual entertainment is also kind of sick, not just because it’s a real thing that many people struggle with every day, but also because it’s a problem with a lot of underlying socioeconomic causes that disproportionately affects minorities.

“Allowable”? I don’t get why people keep bringing the government and the First Amendment into this. It’s clearly not about that at all.

Stop acting outraged at outrage. It’s like you’re jealous that people with actual sensibilities are angry about something and you’re mad you’re missing out. It’s gross.

You’re free to do or say anything? You must be fun at parties.

Ah Kotaku, where someone can just drop a bunch of f-bombs and sound fired up about some libertarian crap, while not really saying anything of substance, and still get all the stars. “They’re going to take our video games away from us if we don’t comment loudly enough!”

That’s not true at all. It sounds like you read some abstracts and not the actual methodology or results, because you’re just assuming what “aggression” meant. In larger-scale studies, it can be based on arrests/convictions.

Sure, if you have an emotional attachment to the theatrical cut of Blade Runner, that’s fine, but the final cut is what was intended.

Who ever said it was going to have the same bosses or spoil anything about the main game? As stated above, it’s something that takes place in an entirely differently part of the lore. Some people are just way too sensitive to the possibility of being “spoilered.”

I used to work on direct mail ads for an insurance company that gave members of alumni organizations discounts using unique codes. And the code for St. Francis University was “STFU,” and apparently nobody everrealized it until I pointed it out. Unfortunately, it was changed after that. I will always regret making the

If you don’t want to be spoiled, for any series, just do things in the order they’re released. It works every time. #lifehack

You can’t even say he put it out of its misery because, by the way the tail was jerking at the end, it was quite a long, painful episode for the critter.

I replied to someone who said “play hundreds of new games on the system.” I was responding to that point. My comment had nothing to do with Virtual Console. Try to keep the flow of conversation right.

Okay, I can see that. But otherwise, hard pass for me.

I hate the concept of these lights. I tried it out and don’t understand the logistics behind it, so I returned the bulbs. I have to find my phone every time I want to turn the lights on? Worse, if I don’t want to bother finding my phone to turn the lights off and use the switch, I can’t use my phone the next time? I

Hmm, true. I hope it’s good! Otherwise, I hope my Switch doesn’t depreciate that much by the time it comes out.

Did I say Switch was my only gateway to old games? I only said that there’s nothing interesting on Switch and I’m thinking of selling it. Not sure where you’re getting this other stuff from.

You just repeated my point. Am I missing something?

There are also thousands of games on other systems. Nothing on Switch in particular is that interesting to me. If I hear that the upcoming Shin Megami Tensei game is exclusive to Switch, I may keep it.

I am selling my Switch. I barely ever use it, and I don’t see anything on the horizon that excites me.
