Physical is better not just for collecting, but also reselling. It’s a trade-off when you buy digital. Sure, it’s easier, but it’s not as nice as actually owning an object that you can transfer ownership of, or even let your friends borrow.

It has a larger install base, but it’s been playing second fiddle to the PS4 for quite a while, and the proportion of new games that come out for it is probably comparable with the Vita, relative to PS4 releases. I’m just saying I wouldn’t be surprised about one getting free games but not surprised about the other.
