I really don’t like the whistle rune idea. Having to switch to a rune that only has a single button press to fulfill its function seems like a bit much. Plus it just doesn’t make sense as a rune. I know it’s not used much, but I think it still needs its own input because it’s just a totally unique category of action.

The “swap” idea is good. Perhaps a button press that automatically brings up a quick menu where you can easily select what to drop.
