Nah, the idea is still stupid af mainly because it is completely unnecessary (for now). I agree that eventually this will become a necessity, but right now it is just a giant waste of money. But hey, Trump and his minions like the idea because I guess it gives them something besides criminal indictments and

“Oh boy, I just can’t wait for them to try to fuck me in the ass! This is going to be a great experience!”

Lol.

Nope, been terrible every time regardless of attitude. Some of it’s due to the very naive and unprepared buying partners I’ve gone in with, but mostly the sleazy dealers. I didn’t start out in life hating the experience but learned quickly.

When you go into something with that shitty of an attitude, of course it’s going to be terrible. The customer sets the tone for their experience as much as the sales person does.

Working at a dealership is a great way to make you hate cars.

lol yeah it’s the millions of people who have to buy cars that choose to make it suck, independently from one another.

Sunday morning, minutes before setting of for a long road trip, I discovered some dirt on the rear view mirror. No problem, I pop it off the little ball joint and clean it thoroughly. I must have put a bit too much pressure on the joint when putting the mirror back on, the entire windscreen shattered. So, no road trip

Probably the time when I was drilling a ground for my trunk-installed amp and ended up drilling into the fuel tank.

“Was that the timing belt?”

Can confirm Pinto greatness: I bought a $650 1971 2000-pound hatchback rust bucket (for lightness), gave the German-designed 2.0 liter a Stage-3 blueprinting job, 13x7" wheels and 225R-13s (which fit in the unmodified wheel wells, and which lowered the car 2" without doing anything else), added Gabriel Striders set on

This is to tell you all that I will not be posting “lovely lady” awards any longer.  I’ve been doing it for almost ten years and have decided to hang it up.

Sports teams are worse than the auto makers. At least Ford builds shit. The Oakland Raiders still have outstanding bonds on their current Oakland Colosseum stadium and Mark Davis wants to move the team to Las Vegas in 2019 or 2020. The Oakland taxpayers will be left to pay the stadium bonds.

Meanwhile it’s hard to say that handouts to poor/unemployed/homeless generate any similar payback

Corporate welfare at it’s finest. What a bunch of a-holes.

Hell yes! This was where my mind went. Set it up in subscriptions of varying length.

7. Like Blue Apron, But For Kit CarsYou know how Blue Apron delivers all the ingredients for a dinner and instructions right to your door? Well, take that model and apply it to kit cars.Every, say, four months, a huge-ass package arrives at your door, containing a fiberglass body and a shitload of parts so you can

I think Torchy got into Elon’s medicine cabinet.

thanks for making fun stuff! That SCG is breathtaking and this car deserved to be finished.

I was fascinated by the Modulo since I was in grade school and was able to get an up-close look at the High Museum in Atlanta several years ago.
