Whoever gets a pardon will be compelled to testify and even if they are pardoned they can be jailed for refusing to cooperate. I also believe that any pardon given to anyone isn’t binding if it is an attempt at obstruction of justice. The justice system is inherently slow but it grinds on and will eventually shed…
