The exact same thing happened to me! I did manage to get the refund in the end but it was quite a hassle. 

I'd like to add that most people that have English as a second language, or learned English by themselves like me, rely a lot on the subtitles to get some of the things that we weren't able to understand just from listening.

Basically, expect more hype for already announced games and garbage. Square-Enix has lost its shit. They can’t get things done right anymore, just can’t! I’d love to be surprised, but boy oh boy, I really REALLY doubt that.
