Yeah, this is why I prefer Kof 3vs3 as opposed to the 100% combo heaviness of MvC2/3. In KOF you don't get another bar every 5 seconds. And cyclecombos are very meter heavy.

There are more efficient and effective ways to spend meter and bar. That having been said, given 5 Meters and Full HD 80%+ damage isn't unreasonable.
